Why We Ask for Location Permission
When you launch the game, you will be asked to grant location (geolocation) permission. This is required so we can determine whether you are in a state where we operate.
If location permission is denied or unavailable, the game may restrict access.
VPN / Proxy Use (Important)
Using a VPN, proxy, or any form of network masking will not allow access to the game in restricted states.
Even with a VPN or proxy enabled, players will not be able to enter if they are not physically located in an eligible state. For compliance reasons, the game will block access when VPN/proxy usage is detected.
How to Fix “Location Not Supported” or Access Issues
1) Turn off VPN / Proxy
Disable VPN apps (e.g., “VPN” profiles on iOS, VPN apps on Android)
Turn off any proxy settings
Restart the game after disabling
2) Enable Location Services on Your Device
iOS (iPhone/iPad)
Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → ON
Find our game → set to While Using the App
If available, enable Precise Location
Android
Settings → Location → ON
Settings → Apps → Our Game → Permissions → allow Location
If prompted, choose Allow only while using the app
3) Improve Location Accuracy
Turn on Wi-Fi (even if you’re not connected)
Turn off Airplane Mode
Restart your phone, then reopen the game
